Easier said than done, which is why we’re running courses to help you develop mindfulness skills for use in formal practice and in everyday life. The Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Course has been shown, with regular practice, to have a positive impact on stress levels, anxiety and depression, as well as chronic illness and pain. The Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy Course is designed to assist in preventing a relapse of Depression. Both involve meditation and gentle movement practices, and experiential work with reducing patterns of stress reactivity.
